A fantastic skin rejuvenation treatment that combines needling with Radiofrequency

The needles penetrate into the dermis and the radiofrequency energy causes a “wound”, causing trauma to create a healing response in the skin. This healing response triggers collagen and elastin to be formed in the skin to tighten, even out skin tone, minimise appearance of pores, reduce the appearance of acne scarring, and lighten pigmentation. Your practitioner will choose the radiofrequency levels and needle depth to make a bespoke treatment for you, and to get the results you desire. A full consultation is required to go through the benefits of the treatment. The skin will be bright pink on the first day of treatment, Salmon pink on the second, and usually on the third day there is no visible redness for most clients.

Treatment Information

  • How long does the treatment take?
    2 hours and 30 minutes Numbing cream is applied for one hour before the treatment.
  • Is this treatment uncomfortable?
    Your skin is very numb when you have the INTRAcel treatment, but you can feel short sharp bursts of heat during the treatment which can feel mildly uncomfortable.
  • How many treatments are required?
    3-6 treatments are required for best results. 3 treatments for anti-ageing, and 6 for scarring.

How quickly can I see results?

Results are on going during your course of treatment, the skin will appear smoother and brighter 4 weeks post treatment and will continue for 3 months post your last treatment in your course.

How long do the results last?

Results can be maintained every 6 months for best results for anti- ageing.
